Bogus, I win over $215 and it won’t allow me to cash it out
I have been playing for months, never put a dime into the game. I have my winnings up to $215, I went to cash it out and was told that I only had $2.90 available to cash out and if I cashed it out I would lose all the bonus cash. So angry!!Landimom

I believe they’re deliberately ignoring support messages from players. There’s no way that after 40 hours there is not one representative able to respond to a message. Or even an automated message with a reply of receipt of message. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.Show less12131987R@
Enjoy could be better
Should have more chances to play for money by watching an ad, & should be a $1 for (3-4 outta 10) people to split, at least. Especially not a fan of playing 3 or 4 games and getting an ad shoved on me without being compensated or able to compete to be compensated for it.Andresha 1

Please, please do not put money into this game. This game is a scam. If you want to play without money than this is actually a fun game. I placed a withdraw on July 16, 2021. I contacted them 6 weeks later and still I have never received a penny. I then deleted this app. I decided out of the blue to reinstall this game today, a full eight months later, and still nothing. In fact my pending withdraw was taken off but my winning cash balance is still the same. Apple needs to do something with these con artist. I hope I have helped you.Show lesseverynicknameistaken10

I down loaded the game and enjoyed it but the I ran into trouble. I had to deposit $1 to be able to play the free cash game, the dollar came out of my PayPal account but then the game took me to a log in window that wanted my email and password. I have no idea what account they were talking about. I have emailed support back and forth multiple times and even when I send screen shots the can’t seem to help me. I am frozen on the log in screen. It is bad enough to play games that never pay out but it is even worse to pay money in and then frozen out and support has no way to help you.Show lessBigGuySD

This app is a total scam. You’ll never be able to cash out. They label any cash that you “win” as bonus cash which you can’t cash out. Only play it if you like bingo. Don’t play it if you expect to actually cash out. If I could I would give a zero stars rating.pissedoffgramma
