App filled with Security flaws and system bugs
App is filled with security issues in login and feature bugs that tamper with your order list . They will not support in verifying the accuracy of wrong deliveries and charge you full amount for store’s faults. There’s no return or refund process for incorrect deliveries and they will even update your order list to argue that you ordered the Product they delivered.

I don’t usually write reviews but rarely has a delivery app so spectacularly failed to execute anything of worth. The customer service is a joke and their delivery timings are a range between 3 hours and rarely does it show up between those 3 hours. Right now, I spoke to a customer care rep who I contacted 90 minutes after my latest delivery time who wasn’t even apologetic and informed me that it would take another hour. Why? Because they’re the only app providing this service but I’ve had enough. I stuck by this app for a while but I’m going to tell every desi I know to not use this app and to tell their friends not to use this.
