App is unresponsive at times

Super Glitchy
The app is so full of glitches and crashes with every few clicks. I have no other option to the convenience it offers so I use it but would switch in a heartbeat if a better option was available
Way worse than expected
I ordered a 16 cart list and received only 10. One of the 6 not delivered I was charged almost 7 dollars for according to a text from the shopper (and was a more expensive replacement for something closer to 4 dollars.)
I was given the wrong times for delivery in the original order by many hours (central time where the headquarters are vs local PDT. The delivery was from a location that nobody would order groceries so far away from. The cost for almost all items actually received was at least 2-4 dollars more than the original listed cost. And I never received that one important item nor was refunded for it. The app has only referred me back to “central” and then back to “original seller” which as far as I am concerned is the Quicklly itself not the grocer in the outskirts of the location I originally ordered from.
Basically I would have gladly ordered every week for a full delivery from this app if it actually did what it claimed. I wouldn’t mind pay a bit more for certain items to support an diaspora group. But instead I feel frustrated and like it wasn’t worth the money or hassle despite their emails claiming they hope for the opposite

Great app for convenience and quality Indian food and groceries
Quicklly is an excellent service to order indian meal kits, food, sweets and groceries online. I tried their meal kits including my favorites chicken Tikka masala, paneer Tikka masala, chicken biryani and more. The food delivery was prompt and very well packaged. The food was absolutely delicious and it was ready in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for the taste of homemade food quicklly (no pun intended).

Awesome but
This is a great app that helps me get halal meat and poultry from far places even if they took more time but i had an issue that there was no place for comments to give the seller instructions for the order so when I ordered lamb i wanted it uncut but it was cut into small pieces. it would be great to add an options for modifying the order.
