Absolute garbage

SLOWEST banking app on the planet, honestly just choose a different bank.

So many problems with the app

The First Calgary app was great. Never any issues, and user friendly. Ever since Connect First took over, itโ€™s constant problems with the app. Lost common is it wonโ€™t let me sign in and I have to delete and reinstall the app. So frustrating.

have never really had an issue using this app for online banking, have it installed on an iphone and a google tablet, only glitch is that that app doesn't send deposit notifications - no matter what value is used in the alert notification setting

Worse App ever

Every time they claim they have fixed bugs with the app I can never log in. Worse banking app I have ever had to interact with. Not user friendly AT ALL. If you need to pay bill on time, donโ€™t depend on this app to be working.

So frustrated

This app does not let me log in. It always says my information is wrong but I obviously know my own password so I canโ€™t even use this app.

Worst App Ever

It does not work half the time. Over the last year the app and lack of customer service is beyond me. I had to deal with a issue with a error on connect first staff and my mortgage bounced as they put the money in the wrong account ( My pay cheque that auto deposit went into my savings) I had a rude team member argue with me and when I asked to deal with someone else he refused and said excuse me Iโ€™m who you will be dealing with. Good thing after 30 years here I am switching back to RBC!

Terrible

Used to be so easy to use but now itโ€™s a nightmare. It would be nice if they informed you that there is a update instead of just letting you try the app over and over.

Everything about this app and bank is bad

God I hate this app

Please fire everyone and start over. It couldnโ€™t be worse.
Literally the worst app on my phone. And I have to use it daily.
