So many problems with the app

The First Calgary app was great. Never any issues, and user friendly. Ever since Connect First took over, it’s constant problems with the app. Lost common is it won’t let me sign in and I have to delete and reinstall the app. So frustrating.

overall a good app 👍🏻

have never really had an issue using this app for online banking, have it installed on an iphone and a google tablet, only glitch is that that app doesn't send deposit notifications - no matter what value is used in the alert notification setting

Loads a broken web page every time I open the app

This is the slowest and worst app I have in my phone

Worse App ever

Every time they claim they have fixed bugs with the app I can never log in. Worse banking app I have ever had to interact with. Not user friendly AT ALL. If you need to pay bill on time, don’t depend on this app to be working.

So frustrated

This app does not let me log in. It always says my information is wrong but I obviously know my own password so I can’t even use this app.

Worst App Ever

It does not work half the time. Over the last year the app and lack of customer service is beyond me. I had to deal with a issue with a error on connect first staff and my mortgage bounced as they put the money in the wrong account ( My pay cheque that auto deposit went into my savings) I had a rude team member argue with me and when I asked to deal with someone else he refused and said excuse me I’m who you will be dealing with. Good thing after 30 years here I am switching back to RBC!

Terrible

Used to be so easy to use but now it’s a nightmare. It would be nice if they informed you that there is a update instead of just letting you try the app over and over.
