Horrible

Why do these financial institutions think I care about the circle thing?
The first page should have my account balances. That’s what I need to know.

Inconvenient.

A solid 80% of the time the app isn’t working and doesn’t accept e-transfers for me. Which is inconvenient that’s how I get paid from some of the clients I have for my work. A couple times people have been like, “hey I tried to pay you but it doesn’t say you’ve accepted it” and I have to tell them that it’ll happen when my banking is working again.

It lags all the time and 4 years to get into if I need to move money in line at the store if I have the wrong debit card on me.
You have to choose an account to transfer money too and from which is great, but then you have to press continue, and then you have to press continue and then you have to press done. And sometimes money didn’t move.

A solid amount of the time as well it just straight up isn’t working and tells me to “try again later”

Like no I’m not going to, I need gas, I’m not going to make it home.

GARBAGE

So many updates . Then the connect first team try to blame your phone for not being new enough not enough storage etc . I deleted the app reinstalled it and it worked for all on 1 day the very next day (not surprised) APP did not work so frustrated I set up a meeting this week with Scotia bank and changing banks, it’s been a slice connect first. Why would you change the first Calgary app /bank and ruin a good thing.

Still a crappy app

I’d give this app zero stars if I could. It is the most unreliable app I’ve ever used. Kinda crappy for a banking app. Let’s hope things improve with this merger with Servus. I hope we see some kind of improvement.

Useless

Too many maintenances it’s really annoying

This app needs to be updated!!! It’s been 2 months

I have an iPhone and the app has NOT shown a transaction list for over 2 weeks! I have 3 accounts on the app and none of them show a transactions list!!!!

Hello Kat, we understand that you are currently unable to view transactions. You can do this by either clicking directly on the account or going to "Activity" and then "Transactions." Why bother?

This is a skeleton, are we forever going to be waiting for an upgrade? There are basic functions and best practices within banking apps that exist and have been missed entirely in this useless app.

Horrible app

Literally trying to do anything in this app is slow and buggy. They make it difficult to do the most basic tasks. Horrible app don’t recommend

Terrible app

Every time they update the app nothing but problems logging in. Credentials don’t match Latest update having same problem I don’t have a problem logging in through safari. Come on!!

Doesn't show me all my transactions

Browser does but app doesn't

Sorry developer you need to get fired asap, oh no wait don't worry I'm leaving.

Our app is not available on tablets at this point in time, however, you can still access your online banking through your tablet browser (edge, chrome, safari, etc.) by going to banking.connectfirstcu.com.
