Can’t log in
I keep getting logged out. I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times and it still says something is incorrect. The app was great when I was able to use it.

Making medications at work is hard when you have adhd and you have to count 100+ pills. I tend to lose track, so I have to recount several times and it takes awhile, slowing everything down. With this app, I can actually be certain of how many pills there are so I don’t have to check an extra 5 times. It’s so much more efficient and takes the guesswork out of counting meds. Highly recommend!!!

Works Awesome
Made counting inventory so much easier at the hospital!! Very accurate. Make sure to use a solid background or will try to count the patterns as pills.
Medicount
This app was better when it was called medicount. I just updated the app today to demonstrate to a colleague how it works. And every time I touch anywhere in the app, it freezes and won’t let me back out to the picture screen. I would have to close it from my background and reopen it.

Doesn’t load anymore
Used to work great, now it never makes it past the home page/loading screen
Very useful app, but useless without internet
Our pharmacy has terrible reception for wifi and mobile data, so while otherwise great app terrible functionality as will not even turn on the camera without internet access

I am using an app that has not been working all day. I have a subscription. Could kindly fix the bugs.

Fixed My Issue!!
Thank you for working with me on my issue with the app! I was able to use all day and listen to my music without interruption! Pretty darned accurate with the counting of the pills!
