Stops music

I listen to music/podcast on my phone while doing inventory, and therefore, 100% of the time while using this app.

App update now stops Spotify audio. 5 stars once fixed. Will hand count for now.

Unable to register

I downloaded the app but unable to register…. Verification code is never sent to my email……

Absolute game changer. Best app ever.

No lie, if I had to pick only one app to ever use again, it would be this one. I can’t overstate how much time and effort this has saved me in my pharmacy, especially doing inventory. Easy to use, great design, and really helpful developers. Had a few issues getting the app to work and the team responded so quickly to my email despite being on the other side of the world from me. I can’t say enough good things about Mediscount and I seriously recommend it to every other pharmacy tech I know. 10/10.

Hi! Thanks for the nice feedback:) We plan to further increase the counting performance in June. There will be no notification, but it will give you a better experience.

Worked great until I upgraded to iPhone 12

This has been a very useful and time saving tool for me until I “upgraded” to iPhone 12. The app will not count the pills anymore! Maybe something to do with the camera? I have no idea, but it went fro extremely useful to extremely useless.

Location an issue

No way I would use as long as it records location data. Completely not needed.

Developer was very helpful with troubleshooting

I had some issues with it working correctly at my place of employment . Works great at home. The developer has gone above and beyond to help me troubleshoot the problem .
