It’s a watch, app is worthless

I bought the watch thinking if I spent a little more than the $20 Amazon watch I’d get something worth while but the problems seems the be the app isn’t worth anything and the watch heavily relies on it to work properly.

Love it!

Not pairing

The app doesn’t pair up automatically with my watch, I don’t have any stored data from previous days to check, only of the day and on the watch, even when I manually sync it to my app.

Customer service

I had an issue when pairing my device. Upon contacting customer service, they promptly provided me with instructions to rectify the problem and followed up with me more than once to ensure that the fix worked . For an inexpensive watch, the after care customer service was outstanding.

Date and sync wrong

The date on the watch face says March instead of August which is what the demo looks like, even after checking the date input. Also the app doesn’t sync to Apple health which is really disappointing.

The I watch three

One of the best things I’ve ever had in a long time it can count you’re steps and heart rate you change the background of the watch and it can be interesting to see new background and I think it’s is cool that they are all different. So I think it is very cool and interesting that they have a new watch and I love that it is a very simple watch to wear and it is very comfortable and I like it so much that I wear it every day for hours and it feels great so I think that you will enjoy this watch I recommend the i watch 3 so l think that you should get it and enjoy the watch like I did I think it’s really good watch.😇

If I didn’t get a low special price, I’d be livid

I guess I like the watch because it counts my steps, I know what time it is and the date. But if I forget to open the app daily, the time is wrong. I can’t use the weather feature because it wants me to open the app first. If I’m going to do that, I’ll just open my weather app. I can’t get it to pair properly, so I can’t look at my workout history. I don’t understand how it’s paired but just not for that feature. The band design drives me batty. I put it on the correct hole and then when I go to push the excess into the rest of the band, it pops out of the hole. You can’t delete texts, even if they are deleted on your phone, so I stopped using that feature. The app sends me surveys to fill out to tell them how the app could be improved and the surveys don’t work! Comical.

Sync issues with version 5.13.1 ????

Since the update, my steps, distance and calories no longer sync to my phone. They sit at 0. I have to disconnect my watch from my phone several times before they load. If they load. Things just get worse with every update !

So good

It’s so good because it tracks you cycle of when you get it. And is really nice and easy quality, and it can let you chose what wallpaper you want. It tells you what notifications you get over night or any time, and it tracks you sleeping so those are all of my reasons why you should get the watch.

Love the Device…App Not Compatible

Just read that my device is not listed in the iTouch compatible devices. I ow have an iTouch Air4 (not a Jillian Michaels Air4). The app does not respond to the device. Over the years I owned many iTouch devices. I started with the fitness trackers, had one of the first generation iTouch Curve, and had an ITouch Air3 until I lost it in my apartment because the find my watch is weak. I have to keep a written journal to document the data from the device because it doesn’t transmit to the app. Customer Support is very prompt in regards to response time. The advice was just useless. The app just doesn’t work well with this reincarnation/generation of Air products. The developers need to work on the compatibility issue because the device potential cannot be reached until the app works well with the device.
