A little little Bit with something wrong

When my watch got in water the time is wrong and how do I fix this? And the part for hydrate and alarm I already have my watch connected and I don’t know why it says you need to connect your watch.

Love this app

I use this app everyday. Monitoring my sleep, steps & calories burned. It has helped me lose 33kg. 👍

Can’t connect to iPhone

I followed the exact steps and did it over 3 times I still cannot connect to my iPhone but it has no problem connecting to my Pixel phone

Senior Friendly

If I were 5 years younger I would have learned a lot more about computers in school, in 1973 who Men would have to know how to type? Your product looked interesting to me, I am a Watch Guy, and mentioned to my Wife in July/August, and forgot about it. It truly was a Christmas Morning Surprise, but now how to set this thing up? Well, I played with it a little bit and got frustrated and even texted my Son a Master Tech, knowing he’s busy. Silly me, I was following the instructions and seemingly doing ok, the watch would light up but it kept displaying the same wrong time. You know why? It came out of the box with a protective shield, a “Stick On Cellophane Clock Face”, that wasn’t going to change. About 1/2 an hour later and only seconds after talking of said Sticker, my new watch was working fine got all set up with a Beatles Photo back Face. Highly recommended and Senior approved!

Good with room for improvement

Just got my new watch, which I really enjoy. The app could use some more work. I want to have an accurate sleep schedule, but it will only track the hours between 10PM-8AM with no way to change that. I also don’t see the option for the sedentary reminders, which was one of the reasons I wanted the watch. I do really like all the available watch faces, but it could be nice if there could be a way to have it be randomized or store multiple personal photos on it. The heart monitor and step counter are my favorite features and I like seeing the full report in the app. Also appreciate the nutrition and water trackers. Little ways to improve my health.

Eh it’s ok for a cheap smart watch

Note to buyer, you’ll have to periodically open up the app on your phone to keep the correct time. Something I learned the hard way, I ended up 10 mins late back from my lunch hour, luckily my boss didn’t notice but it could’ve been a big problem for most ppl. I keep my phone near me because of my job position so this (keeping it paired) should never be a problem. Also it’s hard to get text messages to disappear when you try to swipe or back out of them to get back to the date and time face. Switching back and forth to different menus is such a pain that I literally just use it doe the date and time and reviewing texts. Also I cannot turn off the water intake so I just get use to ignoring the three vibrations telling me that I need to drink more water lol. I hope they fix these issues with the new watch whenever they make one because other than the issues I still like new watch.

Thank you for your feedback. Rest assured that we are bringing all positive or constructive feedback to our hearts to develop a significant new change in the future. Please keep the watch within the phone's Bluetooth range to avoid disconnection and keep the app running in the background. You don't need to be within the Bluetooth range of your watch to record basic activity such as steps or heart rate. However, functions such as weather updates and notifications rely on a Bluetooth connection with your smartphone. Bluetooth range is about 10 meters (roughly 30 feet) from your device, but this range can be farther or shorter depending on the environment (walls, radio interference, etc.), as well as the antenna and power of the connected phone.

Disappointed

The watch and can not be linked to my phone . The device (watch) does not appear at all so that I may connect … it’s disppointing .

I tried everything

Poor connectivity

This app constantly loses connection with the watch, and the struggles to re connect. Total waste of money. My advice would be… buy a fit bit instead

Good watch - software needs improving

This is a good watch, with plenty of great features for the price. However, the app needs more work as it does not appear to sync with Apple Health allowing you to see aggregate data over longer periods. Something the app for the previous (lower) model of watch supported.
