The application needs work

I’ve uploaded the app and for a while it was working fine just recently when updating the weather every day because it looses the info and now it’s BLANK when you try to update any thing just a plain white screen when opening the app so far it’s twice and you have to uninstall it and reinstall it and there’s a problem with doing that because it doesn’t recognize your watch you have to try it several times and finally it links to your watch, VERY FRUSTRATING please fix this problem. TY. N with all the NEGATIVE reviews U would figure the company would be attentive and FIX THE PROBLEMS people who purchased your products.

Worst APP Phone even worse

No longer syncs time is always off uninstall and reinstall APP some many times. Always the same issue. Stay away from this product

App No Longer Shows Heart Rate

The watch itself works perfectly fine. However, even when unpaired/forgotten and resynced, the app will show all the correct data from the watch EXCEPT heart rate. All heart rate history is at 0. Always. A few updates ago, it used to record the heart rate perfectly fine.

Since this is the only reason I own the watch at all, I contacted support. They don’t seem to understand what watch model I have, despite me giving the name, product number, and the ID on the back. They keep directing me to settings that don’t exist on my watch (to force reset my watch, except there is no settings on my watch; it only toggles between the health features, clock, or to power off).

Complete waste of my time to even ask, I suppose.

cheap app development, don’t waste your money

the watch itself works fine i suppose, a bit inaccurate but it’s what i expected. very comfortable wristband. but for the life of me i cannot get the app to connect to the watch. and for the watch to be able to do most functions, such is displaying the correct time, it needs to be connected to the app AND wifi. my phone has no problems finding the watch so it is definitely the app developers. and it is even more frustrating going through the reviews of similar experiences only for people to be talking to an automated reply bot that tells you to go through all sorts of hoops to get it to connect. i have been through those hoops several times and still nothing. i’ve restarted the watch, restarted my phone, turned bluetooth on and off, disconnected the watch to my phone more than 50 times, deleted and redownloaded the app several times, and it doesn’t change anything. hopefully they fix it soon or it’s going back.

Improved a lot

All I can say is that it actually works

Will Not Keep Time

My watch worked fairly well the first six months or so. Then it would not keep time and would occasionally change language and weather location but I could pair it with this app. Then…it just would freeze. No amount of forgetting the device or resetting the watch would work. I’ve logged off, restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app (which then worked until I recharged the watch) and opened a new account (which worked a couple days until the time would not pair). I’ve accidentally deleted my car phone pairing a couple times while trying to forget this device taking more of my time. I am so frustrated!

I called the number in the instructions without a return call. I’ve emailed iTouch and received a response a couple days after getting the app to work the first time. Not sure they will be if any help. This watch and app should work better!

Won’t pair to Bluetooth

Watch not connecting

I have the ITouch3 wearables and I’ve updated everything but the phone app won’t allow me to connect my watch to my phone so my steps aren’t loading, can’t change the face wallpaper etc. Don’t k ow what to do plzzzzzzzzzzzzz fix this

Dear Developers…

Before i begin, this is not a hate rant or whatever, just bringing this to your attention- As you read our reviews, you will find, that most of them are regarding the new app. And most of those, are connection issues. I myself have had problems with this, I've followed instructions and i just ordered a new watch (not only for this reason, my old one was worn out, but partially because it was incorrect time, which kinda defeats the purpose of a watch), so this is a plead from the people! Update the app again, but make it simpler to connect our devices! I say this on behalf of the users of the itouch watches that haven't been able to use their watches, to tell time. (I hope its fixed soon <3)
