Check in does not work
An airline app should have three main functions. Customers should be able to book flights, see booked flights that are booked, and check-in. We’re unable to book flights for the app or check in. We had four reservations over seven days. It was not possible to check in as the application kept resetting the page that requires contact information. Our reservations consisted of 5 to 7 people per reservation and most cases of updates to contact information provided at booking time was not carried over requiring repeat entering. The functions that do work are very slow. The airline should immediately remove this from the Apple Store app and go back to the drawing board. Do not waste your time with this application.
