The information is too slow to update on the credit side m to be clear if I make an interim payment to reduce the account during the month it never shows .
I get an email telling my statement is ready to view but actually it’s only partially ready to view the whole statement is not , I appreciate that is related to the corporate side where there is one control account , so one would expect to be able to go immediately online and view the control account to give the full monthly statement, but no it’s not there until later , there is lag with mostly everything , it’s very annoying and surprising for a bank of Barclays size .
Useless ladies and gentleman, sort it out .
