The worst App I have ever used
If you want to park in one of the car parks covered by this app you have to:
Have a utility bill on hand.
Have your passport or driver’s licence on hand.
Spend time filling in an onboarding form that doesn’t work - your address is unhelpfully pre filled in with car park addresses, so unless you live in a car park tough.
At this point I gave up. Utter shambles.
Number plate recognition does work and you will get a fine in the post.
There’s a 30p booking fee.
No Apple Pay so you need a physical card.
I can’t stress too much that a couple of pound coins was all you needed for parking.Show lessBad app, useless company who rip you off a

I rarely write reviews but I have to say I did everything as instructed just to find I still can’t log in. Called support and they ask you to send an email to another team but can’t tell when you’ll hear back. Been 8 days since I registered, it shouldn’t be this difficult or inconvenient to get into the app.Show lessDeveloper Response
