Cider is Awful now.
I used to shop from cider and they would deliver packages fast through their system, but now they’re partnering with uni uni and it’s a MESS. I waited an hour on the phone to speak to customer service about my package because it was supposed to get here yesterday (as posted in the estimated times) but my only update is one from yesterday saying “released from import customs” and that was it. I bought my items two weeks in advance for my trip coming up NEXT WEEK. I paid $200 for 8 items. That was NOT cheap at all. Least they could’ve done was deliver it to me on time. With no further updates on my package today it is concerning that my package may not get here in time. I will never shop from cider again if my package doesn’t come in time.
Update: I was lucky enough to get my package before my trip, however it was not worth the immense stress I went through because of the delayed shipment. I got it 2 days late. Once again, $200 for 8 items is ridiculous.
