Complain

I have been trading with Jeroid for a long time now I just confess they’re very reliable, but at this point I don’t understand why I keep having issues when I want to withdraw my money after trading

Blocked available balance

Dang! I don’t what blocked available balance means have been trying to figure it out I was credited some amount of Btc and it wrote in the history that it was deposited but wasn’t added to my available balance pls help me for it it have been trying to reach out the customer support but am just sick of their late response🤦‍♂️

Work On Withdrawals Issues

This app could be one of the best apps you have ever traded, but the problem with this app is that when someone trades and tries to withdraw money, the problem starts. Sometimes It will say that someone has to wait for 30 minutes so yall have to work on this particular issue because you are really losing a lot of people who are trying to partner with you but unfortunately this issue is unbearable and I am tired of this app so I hope you can work on these issues. I refer some of my friends to this app but at least I felt insulted that the app is not reliable.

Transaction errors and delays

App itself is easy to maneuver and very useful but what I don’t get is why the server is always down to withdraw my money but it’s never down when I want to deposit !!!!! It’s annoying and sometimes can take up to 2 hours waiting before I’m able to successfully withdraw funds. Please fix your server overload issues before I take my business else where.

Scam app

This app is really a scam, I tried to trade with them on the app and was told that the card was rejected due to an issue, and that I should open app to see why which didn’t make any sense to me at all then I tried to trade with my usual vendor only to find out that the card has already been redeemed please and please everyone here’s what you want to hear this app is a scam don’t ever try to use them the will run away with your card

Unhappy

I tried as much as possible to login into my account on this app and it won’t work so u decided to delete the app and re-download it again and it’s still showing me the same thin, so I reset my password to login again and it’s still not working, the funniest part is that I have some money in there, all my mind was that the money there will be safe and also I have some coin in there which I was about to trade the next hour and the app became faulty, almost 4days now the app is not working

Not cool

Had an active account working and I use it to trade atleast every two days and all of a sudden they logged me out and told me my details aren’t correct and I used the forgotten password feature to change it and it still brings the same and tell me my details are not correct I dont know how you can just log me out and my funds in it

Great app but need changes

I have completed my registration on the app and I have been going through the app as well to understand it so I tried using it to make transactions and first was gift card and I can tell you that I am not happy with how long it took to confirm the gift card i want to redeem, it took about 15mins which is suppose not to be so cause other platforms I use before trying out yours take less than 5mins if much time is taken and secondly the charging of 100naira to withdraw that’s too much other platforms do for as low as 20naira to 10naira and some is even free.
Other than that this is a good app to use so please work on the fee you charge on withdrawal from the app.
