  • Great app for anxious people

Love this app rather then googling symptoms and working yourself up it’s like a therapy session in your pocket. Very useful and great app needs much more recognition to help fellow anxious people.
  • Easy and not overwhelming to use

Great tool and not overwhelming like the other anxiety apps, love the goal section for setting daily panic goals!

As see from @anxiety_fitness on tiktok which is also helpful for anxious people feeling alone with it.
  • Great app!

I definitely think that writing down my anxiety issues help so i think this app is great for that if you need to just let it out. i would suggest making more articles too 😊😊
  • Brilliant app. Would highly recommend

I saw the video advertisement of this on TikTok. I downloaded it after experiencing GAD (generalised anxiety disorder), as a way to write down my worries and panics and keep track of them. The app is really easy to navigate, with options to read further information on how to manage with daily life. The worksheets are super helpful. Thanks for also adding the exportation feature, as I can now easily send documents to those I wish to share them with. I really love the app and I am excited for the future features that are yet to come and enhance the apps performance. Hopefully this helps many others out there who may struggle to find the cause of panics, or those who may need extra information. I would highly recommend the app to anyone who may want to write down their thoughts or those who struggle with mental health.

  • So far so good

I’ve only just started using the app but I am a firm believer in keeping records and this is so useful especially for showing evidence of patterns/severity
  • Keep track of physical symptoms of anxiety

I’ve been struggling with seemingly random panic attacks recently. I’ll be fine one moment and then feel a pain/discomfort in my chest and immediately think I’m about to have a heart attack. I’ve been to the doctor and have been told I’m healthy, so I know that it’s most likely caused by anxiety. I was looking for a way to track when I have panic attacks and found mostly “mood diary’s” which didn’t fit as they seem to be aimed more at depression.

I like the format of the questions asked and the way you can check your symptoms as well as rate the intensity of the attack.

    Thanks for this app.

    Developer Response

Hi, thank you for your review! The reason that some people where having trouble in the previous version was because the fields for ‘negative interpretation’ and ‘rational response’ where not filled out. (These were located above their respected sliders in that section) In the latest update, I’ve redesigned the panic diary section to make it simpler and more clear to avoid this confusion. There are also some great new features to try, including a worry diary, behavioural experiments tool and psychoeducation section. Thank you! - Peter
