Customer experience
A day at Lords with a full house has an incomparable atmosphere which overcomes most annoyances. However the zero choice on seat allocation, leg room, outrageous distance from the wicket, no protection from the sun, have tested the point of visiting Lords to the limit. It has become a physically uncomfortable, visually frustrating, unhealthy day out at an exploitatively high cost.
Please ask your marketing director to spend the whole day in the upper level Compton stand, row r, seat 95 and if they can walk at the end of the day and give any coherent summary of the cricket not derived from the giant screen, I will buy a ticket again next year.
PS check the sun and wind situation first or they may not return.

Great app
Great to have all my tickets in one place.
As the ground is cashless, shame I can’t use the app to pay for food and drink. And let my guests use my app to pay for their drinks on my bill!

Progress?
It takes ages to download the app and then when you register your details so as to access a ticket it fails to recognise your details. 40 minutes later it did work but very frustrating.

It is so frustrating not to know when the barcode will appear. For the Windies Test they never appeared.I have two other tickets as well via ballot and cannot find them on this app.

Font size is too small
I’m not even that old but found the size of the text too small in the app when signing up. It’s also not the most legible of fonts, particularly the numbers. Would think a more accessible font and bigger pt size would be appreciated by many people.
Want to print tickets
Was something special when give to friends in an envelope with beautiful designs.

I’m afraid that I think the new system for allocation is seats is simply appalling. I am a Full member and did not receive any tickets in the ballot for Sri Lanka. My daughter (Assoc ) did and my son (Assoc) did. The method of retrieving them is extremely confusing.
Not impressed at all.
Half the point of being a member is to bring friends and family but there are far too many members now. This is the worst method of allocation and desperately needs revising

Difficult to login
It’s hard to login on my mobile because there is no option to view your password. Hence impossible to see if fat finger syndrome has meant an incorrect entry.
Digital Tickets
I’m not finding the app user friendly at all. I bought two tickets and want to print them. I’m not stupid but the instructions on the website are not intuitively easy to follow.
