Dependency on Wi-Fi
Have had problems twice with retrieving tickets at the North Gate as the Wi-Fi is unreliable. Why can’t we store the tickets permanently in the wallet?
Poor app
Doesn’t easily support Apple Stong Passwords. Doesn’t automatically store them in keychain. Have to copy them and then paste when logging back in. Then have to search keychain password each time to log back in. Crashed 3 times whilst trying to update my profile.
Tricky
The app is noot very user friendly and it took me at least an hour once it was loaded to access my tickets
Good app
Solid but why not tell us whether to go left or right as you come up through the right entrance?
This app is painfully slow and inefficient.
Getting tickets is time-consuming and very irritating on this app.
Poor
The app is particularly poor and badly coded - to be able to access tickets your mobile device must use 24 hour time, having a device set to 12 hour time means the tickets don’t show!
The app is very poor
Bought tickets for Middlesex Surrey T20. Downloaded the app as this was easier for the ticket office, rather than sending me paper ones. The tickets come through, all is fine. I check the tickets are there periodically the tickets are there. Then I get to the ground in the day of the game, I have to log on to the app, never had to before, and the tickets are no there. I’m redirected to the ticket office for paper tickets to be printed off, costs me 15mins and I miss the start of the game. Pointless app

W Grace
Ridiculous that we have to download an app, share a lot of confidential personal information, just to buy tickets. I can’t even share tickets without the other person downloading the app as well, sharing their personal data and wasting storage. Just email the tickets like a normal company
Lords App
It took me awhile to set the App up on my phone but it seems to be working well. I have access to my tickets to attend Day 1 and Day 2 of the Ashes Cricket test.
Good but needs some simple improvements
A decent app but don’t rely on it for your ticket info. Print your ticket out from the e-Mail Lords send you so you get fuller seating information. Our app tickets showed our seats as being in block 8. No one at Lords knew where that was. Eventually, after being directed around the ground completely twice, a steward told us the app was using outdated numbers and that letters of the alphabet were now used to indicate the seating areas. Block 8 is now PP. our printed tickets showed that. The app tickets didn’t.
It should be easy to get things like that right. Frustration and needless delay owing to our relying on something that should have been reliable.
Elsewhere, the app gives useful information, and offers the promise of great facility for those visiting Lords often.
