  • Previous version was better , don’t waste your time

    This version of the app does not have
    all the features of the previous version such as changing the sound mode ie: stadium, conference room etc.

    This app is worthless and doesn’t
    actually do anything helpful.

    So sorry for the confusion caused. Please be noted that the M650 can work with the AnkerWork software of PC version only currently. You can visit this website to download the software to customize the settings for M650: https://us.ankerwork.com/pages/download-software

  • App is broken!

    Won’t connect at all to my PowerConf S3. Turn the device off and back on multiple times, forgot from Bluetooth devices on my phone then re-added multiple times, nothing.

Regarding the issue, please give the following steps a try to see if the issue could be well resolved: - Forget all Bluetooth pairing records on your phone. - Reboot your speakerphone and your phone. - Disable and enable Bluetooth on your phone. - Turn on the speakerphone and reset it by following the steps: power on it, press and hold down the Bluetooth button, and then the Volume"-" button until the square indicator flashes four times. - Test if the speakerphone could be paired with another Bluetooth device if possible. If the above solutions cannot solve your issue, please contact AnkerWork Customer support at support@ankerwork.com for further assistance. We will have you taken care of!
  • Smart Mute missing when using PowerConf H700

    Where is the SmartMute functionality?
    It is not showing for H700 PowerConf headset - which is the main reason I bought it.
