New Update but App is Still Broken
Review update following an app update
Still no luck in signing back up after my account was deleted. Stuck at the information page.
I would love to support GORUCK and use the app to sign up for and organize events and not use Facebook for the community but the app is just broken.

Can’t Establish a Profile
Almost nothing in this app works. I was not able to establish a profile. It’s not ready for use and although I’m interested in GoRuck events, not interested enough to try and get this app to work.Kusterkooper
App is broken
Had to be blunt in the title because there is no other way to say it.
I had an account since the app first launched but it was deleted recently. I tried to create a new one but during the creation phase the app won’t let me proceed. All the required fields are in filled out but the app won’t let me continue.
I could use the app previously so I don’t know why the developers took step backwards here. Very disappointed.i'm thinking this is a cruel joke

Broken app
I wasn’t able to make it through the signing process before the app entered a crash loop. I am sorry for this too, I was looking forward to joining the GoRuck community.Installer82

App kicked me out of access, will not send password reset, no help anywhere available on site or in app if you’re not logged in. I am a goruck club leader.Ken Jarman
Incredibly buggy
I just want to register for an event in another state. The app keeps resetting me back to my current location.bnag
Terrible Experience
Was forced to use the app in an attempt to locate and sign up for GORUCK events because of the decision by GORUCK. The app is terrible to navigate. My profile has been deleted multiple times. You cannot find events without guessing where on the maps of North America and Europe they would be. The app and customer experience is so bad I went ahead and deleted it. If this is the only way I can sign up for GORUCK events, then I guess I will no longer be doing them. This is coming from a customer of over 5 years and 20+ events.Disappointed 1972$
