Some feedback maybe ;)

First of all, when i hit “Rate the app” it redirected me to some random app on app store called “Heinenman”? Which is little confusing. I wanted to write feedback for the app. Second, Can we make it so that user can select multiple meal and add all the ingredients to the grocery list. I am having to have to add meal plan to my grocery list one by one. Another thing was that i had checked an item on my grocery list already, then added another meal to my grocery list but the grocery list added another item that i checked already, which made 2 entry. Also it might be really neat if the grocery list can be sorted into category so when i go shopping , and im in one isle, i dont have to scroll through all the list, rather just look at one section of the list. But overall this is really nice. And enjoying the app! Already on my way to get grocery. I dont know if there will be 4,5 different types of workout plan for everyday that Pamela usually posts on her instagram, i do the slow 45 min one, and im wondering if i can choose that from the app and just look at them / and play the workout. Because on the homepage it looks like there is a workout plan, but i am not sure if its the hard 45 min version or not. Thank you.

Adds: this is monday morning 1am, i had made my plan for this week but its all replaced back to last weeks meal plan :/ not happy
Also cant search workouts and recipes by name.

Amazing

Love this app . I use it every day

Love it and love Pam!

I’ve been following Pamela on Instagram for a very long time, during the lockdown she started creating those workout plans and I decided to give it a try. A year later and I’m still doing them every week and lost over 17kgs!
This app is amazing because not only does it have all the workouts, you can also create your own ones, the fact that all the recipes are in there is a massive help because I’ve never been a good cook but now I’m excited whenever I see a new recipe I want to try our from her app:) highly recommend ❤️

Amazing!!

Thank you Pam, I am from Australia and I’m soo glad I’m able to access the app, it is really easy to use and you will love it. I 100% recommend subscribing as well.

Delightful and informative

Even though I am not a premium member of Pamela’s app, I still have the opportunity to learn more about food & nutrition and fitness. The accessibility to all of her workout videos on this app is amazing, which makes it fast and easy to search for a specific video. There are meal and workout plans for the week which you can customise to your own liking, which I enjoy. I know that Pamela is currently adding more handy shortcuts/buttons to this app and I can’t wait to see them! The Pam app is a great app for those who enjoys nutrition and fitness. Thank you Pamela!

Perfect!

Delicious recipes, aesthetic layout & very easy to use! You can tell so much thought, time & effort was put into this app - I love it!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

I have been wanting an app like this for such a long time and Pam never disappoints!!! It’s so useful on so many levels, while allowing you to make nutritional recipes to using her workout videos, she’s such a generous and wholehearted person!! The price for the subscription is very justifiable in my opinion(I never pay for subscriptions, but this one I definitely am!!) the subscription is incredible beneficial and I would not get the app without the subscription!

I love it !!

I actually find her workouts challenging, which is amazing! I was feeling lost with my workout schedule and didn’t know if I was making progress towards my goals. And then I found out that Pamela makes weekly workout plans and posts them on her Instagram. But once I got the app I found out she posts them there as well along with loads of healthy recipes. It’s all very convenient in one spot, I definitely recommend getting the app.

Love this girl!

I’ve been following her for years and if there is a fitness influencers to follow, it’s her! The app is great, I love how we can copy and paste her guides (the ones she posts in her instragram stories) to your own plan easily. Her recipes are great, love the variation and colour. What I love most about her way of working out is that she doesn’t constantly go on about lifting heavy, she focuses on weights of course but endurance, resistance and core, and eating intuitively rather than protein protein protein macros macros macros! You only have to look at her physique!

Love the App!

Thank you Pam! I can tell you spent some serious time making this and it’s wonderful! There’s always room for improvement but I absolutely love it already and I can’t wait to see it get better and better! Really excited to be able to purchase your products through the app if that’s a possibility or is already in progress of being done!
