Free and options!

With most workout apps you get they might have great options but you gotta pay. This app however has great options for free. If you are wanting this app more for the food options you do have to pay for most of those but very good price around $2 a month. There are also some workouts that you have to be subscribed to use but you really don’t need to purchase the subscription to get the workouts and some food. I’ve only used this for a couple days but fell in love the first minute of downloading. Great options if you have no equipment and great if you do!

Best Workouts Ever!

I had tried lots of workouts before, but it wasn’t until I found Pamela that I found how much I love working out! She makes it easy to choose what is best for you and gives you many options if you can’t pay for her membership. I just recently bought the membership due to using this app every single day of the week, and I truly feel this is the best there is! If you’re looking for fun workouts to make you happier and stronger, this is it!

Amazing App!!

This app is nearly flawless. The only thing I would like different is for there to be a choice between kilocalories and kilojoules on the workouts and recipes. Kilocalories are confusing to me. Lol.

The best for motivation and info

I was scared of both workout and meal apps before because I often feel a lot of pressure from the idea of them and have body anxiety but Pam’s app and workouts in general are the most positive experience ever!! Everything is encouraging but in a motivating way that actually makes me keep up with my workouts without feeling bad if I rest or change things. I’m always excited to go on it and see what workouts are up and it’s very easy to navigate. The recipes also all seem amazing as I’ve only tried one but everything is super well thought out and Pam/her team obviously made this for her fans in mind. It’s definitely worth 2.99 a month but also the free version is still great!

Week 14 but I want Week 1

I’m unsure where I can find information on how to change this but when I add a workout plan to my plan it says Week 14 but I want to start on Week 1. There’s no where to choose the week to start on which would be helpful when your starting out!

Hi, the week numbers you see is following the year calendar and every week Pam adds a new plan that follows that week. You can start at anytime with the workout plans regardless of which week it is :). The Pam Team!

Amazing

I love this app so much it’s good because you don’t have to have a plan for it and you can add as many abs workout as you want it’s so amazing

Absolutely amazing

The time and effort that they put into this app is super clear. Recipes are amazing and they are always adding new ones. Pamela really listens to the users and makes the changes that they request, overall 10/10 absolutely love!!!!!

It’s worth it

This is the best app I’ve ever had. It motivates me to keep pushing myself. The fact that I’ve been struggling financially and have an option to watch her videos for free compared to other apps has been a blessing, and even the subscription itself is so little that it shows you that pamela cares about you and not the financial aspect. Thank you for an amazing app with amazing motivating content

This app is honestly so amazing and even though there is some in-app purchases it’s really cheap and it just gives you access to the recipes. All her workouts are extremely intense but you feel amazing after it and you feel so much fitter. You may cry during the workout but the feeling after you complete it is absolutely rewarding. I highly recommend.
