  • HORRIBLE

    If it would let me I would rate it a 0

    This is worst public transport I have ever used. Buses are sometimes late and all but with the flexi, it’s late and then never gets you where you need to be on the time, like it has said it would. For me it always shows that it will get me to my destination at 1:09 but somehow I always end up missing my 1:17 train because it never gets me there in time, always taking detours that were not informed beforehand. My sister also needs to use it to get to school but she’s always at least half an hour late to school.

    If you want to book it, you have to do it a week early. That’s fine and all but if your bookings close a week prior, how do you not know the correct time it’s going to reach its destination, like why does it suddenly change route. This is honestly not reliable and very frustrating. If I had a choice to use something else I would but unfortunately I’m stuck with this. Honestly, just replace it with proper buses, at least with that I know when they will come and how long it will take me to reach my destination.

    The ETA should take into account the time spent for next stop halts etc and then display final time to destination so that it is clear to the user and can plan accordingly.

    I missed my train ( and now I have to wait for 25 min for the next train )because the ETA was incorrect and bus was also late.

    This experience has really been bad and caused a lot of inconvenience.

  • Need to track and cancel rides

    This app used be so good. I don’t know what you guys did recently, but no one can track their rides anymore or cancel them in case of train delay. We can’t even know which bus number is supposed to pick us up because of this terrible update or something. I hope something is done to fix this as ASAP.

  • Lovely drivers, worst app.

    Flexiride’s drivers are the best!! The app is a completely different story.
    Never let me view “my rides” hence unable to track the bus movements or cancel a ride..
    My rides just keeps on loading endlessly.
    App developers should fix this after so many bad review over the application here, however they could not care less.

  • Most pathetic transportation service

    This service never arrives on time. World’s most pathetic service if i could rate this service in negative i would have happily done that. This service never arrives on time, not a single day passes where it’s not delayed. I don’t know how their jobs are allocated your app shows the service is standing at stop where driver will say he is not here to pick you up rather he will pick someone else and then come back to pick you up. Their drivers don’t even know what does an ETA means . Terrible service. Regretting buying house at a place where there is no bus service.

  • Late most of the time!

    Bus is never on time (the Rowville one) and they always push back my pick up time. I have places to be and could have arranged other transport but I regret my decisions whenever I choose to be picked up by this bus. I always learn to put my pick up time for 10 minutes earlier.

    Update: Still horribly late all the time. Additionally when the app says I’ll be at my destination in a few minutes, the driver detours another 15 minutes… If there was a detour I wouldn’t have booked the bus - flexiride should’ve let me know about it first. Very unreliable…

  • Customer service

    Every time I get on the bus I get amazing customer service. The bus drivers are really nice and friendly and always willing to have a chat there really polite. The app is so easy to use and it doesn’t coast a lot of money.
  • Not flexible

    This APP should check the new request and try to accommodate the passenger if they requesting on the same route. Also it should’ve flexible to accommodate passengers if already waiting at the pickup by taking request by APP or option to override by the operator if there is seat available on the same destination.
    I can see the route and directions of the moving bus which is taking passengers to my destination but not allowed to enter and wait the bus go to my near my house which less than 50 meters but it’s coming after dropping others . Also time is keep extending without accommodating waiting passer ds on the same destination.

    Need lots of improvement to service effectively with available bus.

    Currently running more frequent but less efficient.

  • Too late

    Service is great but it never arrives on booking time, always 30+ minutes late. It’s ok if 5-10 minutes delay but 30+ minutes is bit too much, it also effects our rest of the day schedule Much appreciated if you could fix this timings issue Thank you
  • Delays with no updates

    I have been experiencing bad experience with FlexiRide past few weeks ., the frequent of the roses have decreased drastically and even if we wait and book the roses are being late with no update notifications. The App does not show the cancel ride option too . So it’s both not useful to the customers and the service provider with lack of updates . Please help
