App version totally defunct
Had an older one of their door knobs and had no troubles. Just installed a K11 and the App is useless.
If I click on Add Device it thinks for a long time and then displays an empty page - you can’t add any devices in this version of the App.
If I click on call support nothing happens.
If I try to submit feedback in the App nothing happens.
This version of the App has some serious flaws which render it useless for new users.Show lessNo Bluetooth connectivity
The fingerprints work well with keeping the kids out and always unlocks for my wife and I. BUT you will never be able to use the app to lock/unlock because the knob’s Bluetooth will never connect. So if you’re ever trying to grant remote access, move on to a different product. The app was only good for setting up fingerprints. That’s it. Also wish it came with a long charging cord (or any for that matter). I don’t have a nearby outlet so I have to take apart the knob to charge it? 😑Show lessSome important features aren’t available
I am using the app to control a fingerprint doorknob. Neither the passage mode nor the security mode is available/works. The manual states that the modes can (only) be enabled/disabled on the app but there is no setting option available accept “lock volume”
I have tried to get support. Hopefully the developer or someone else can assist?Show less
