Issue with loggin in

Good day am having issue logging in with this app
It keep telling me try again later more than two weeks now
But I can change password
Pls what can I do

Ageism

I tried to open a camera and was told I must be younger than 70 years old to open an account. I am no where near 70 years old. What is wrong with this app. Any why is there an age limit on people to open bank accounts?! Don’t old people have money? This is a disgrace. I’m offended and annoyed.

This app is definitely due for an update because it keeps bringing back error messages when trying to validate pin for transactions..
It’s not as functional as it was before at all!

Incomplete signing up

I couldn’t complete signing up to your app when I got to card number session. It keeps saying communication system malfunction

Optimum rubbish

I regret choosing polaris bank right from time and this flute or vlute, is just a reflection of your uselessness,

How will i set it up for over 6 hours and nothing is reflecting, i cant even see my account balance, your ussd is the worst thing that has ever happened to the banking sector

Very annoying app

This una app is just total rubbish and waste of time and data..I don’t know why it takes to fetch your own account in your own mobile app..secondly you can’t download after you make a transaction. Thirdly it takes grace oF God for the mobile app to open once without trying and retrying..Fourthly you can’t do transfer with ease,you might have keep setting your pin over and over again..I don’t know the usefulness of this upgrade

The re-occuring PIN reset prompt could be as a result incorrect PIN entered at the point of validating transaction. I just downloaded the app but I can’t transfer because it is saying debitable account not found
