I tried to open a camera and was told I must be younger than 70 years old to open an account. I am no where near 70 years old. What is wrong with this app. Any why is there an age limit on people to open bank accounts?! Don’t old people have money? This is a disgrace. I’m offended and annoyed.EuniceAmakala

Very annoying app
This una app is just total rubbish and waste of time and data..I don’t know why it takes to fetch your own account in your own mobile app..secondly you can’t download after you make a transaction. Thirdly it takes grace oF God for the mobile app to open once without trying and retrying..Fourthly you can’t do transfer with ease,you might have keep setting your pin over and over again..I don’t know the usefulness of this upgrade

The re-occuring PIN reset prompt could be as a result incorrect PIN entered at the point of validating transaction. This banking app is so difficult to operate and feel frustrated using it . Every time my transaction pin keeps getting blocked and have no idea why? Even after I changed it.Kelzchi

This is very very very very badd...when you know you don’t want us to use it why create the app...common password is issue it’s problem...I can’t create password regardless of whatever format I use..it keeps turning the block letter into small letters and telling me it’s an incorrect credentials 🙄sinzu125
