A useless bank App
This is the most useless and frustrating bank app i have ever used. it gives an error message everytime you want to send money. you need to keep sending and sending till it finally goes through. you need to work on this. it is really annoying'Dayo1988

But one thing I don’t like about it is that you have to go to the bank for in bank withdrawals for your domiciled account. You can not transfer from your dom account to another Polaris dom account which is very bad for people that stays outside the country ( Nigeria).And am not the only complaining about this. Don’t normally do this but this is the most frustrating bank app you’ll ever use wen it comes to transferring money .. you people need to check and rectify this issue please 😡😡Bigbuzy

I think something has to be done to this app… Each time I put in my PIN to initiate a transfer it will indicate FAILED. I have to do it over and over again. This is becoming so unbearable for the past two months. Sometimes I send money more than once to a recipient. Please do something about this ASAP.

This is a crazy bank where customers are treated unruly you block my account and you told me to provide the necessary documents which I did what else do you need to open my account back this is not a good bank this is the most poorest bank in Nigeriakingpeezle
