They did not help me with getting my instagram account back and now I’m having a had time cancelling there monthly subscription

You have a good product and staff are professional.
However, nobody is around to communicate with on weekends except bots.
I am not very adept at learning the platforms.
For example the platform for managing VPN and ad blocking is excellent except it keeps shutting off.
Also I didn’t know enough to change the flag which has something to do with where a person lives. I pushed the flag and all the flags came up so I pushed my country’s flag and that move seemed to solve the platform for shutting off.
Before I go on the net I make sure I check to see if VPN & Ad Block are operating.

Now remote access my device and turn off lock screen and have a new Cypriot female I’d for me

Didn’t help me at all my instagram and Facebook where hacked they just send you information you can Google anyways DONT waste your money!!
Not fantastic
I think the app is having teething problems. I set the VPN to on during set up and have found it automatically switches off. I have to continuously reset it. Doubt the app’s usefulness at this point. Reporting the bug to the developer.

The app itself is ok
However as it offered a free trial, i had tried to deny it but saw nowhere where i could. I would have to exit the app to even get off the screen.
So eventually to stop it from happening i clicked to try the free trial. I ended up getting busy, and a few days later i noticed i was charged or a subscription. I tried to get a refund as i DID NOT want this to begin with. I downloaded the app to restore a video which it couldn’t do anyways. And as i tried to get a refund it said i was “not eligible for a refund”. I don’t know why as it doesn’t say but. I think there should be at least some confirmation email or some form of confirmation BEFORE the payment is made, not during the “Try my free trial” because that only causes issues. Whether or not a date is given as to when the trial will charge. Some people forget or get busy.
Its only 10$ but 10$ rn as a person w/ no job is enough to pay for food
