Outstandingly Helpful from the Start
I enrolled just this morning, and their technician Mona has spent a large part of the day helping me with a hacked Facebook account. The fix for this seemed increasingly complicated, so this nice lady offered to submit the forms to Facebook herself from information I provided. Beyond that, she expertly and quickly fielded some other security questions.
As far as the app itself, it’s an easy step-by-step process to set up your accounts and devices for monitoring. The Chat feature is always at hand if you have questions, and the technicians do respond quickly.
I came away frustrated trying to research hacked Facebook accounts on the web. A computer repairman simply told me nothing could be done. The Cyrus team thinks otherwise. In addition, I wanted a reliable source of information for security questions in general, and in just a day’s time I feel I have found it in Cyrus.

I downloaded a 7 day trial however it says i my email is associated with Walmart Spotify & Firefox which i am not. I live in Australia!

Dont west your money
I downloaded because my instagram account was hacked, I have been trying to talk or to contact with someone to help me with my situation , Mona been ignoring my messages even though she saw all my messages after my 7 days trial I paid for 1 months but I have been ignoring all the time so please don’t west your money at all!!! They are the hackers with 0 help.

They are no help at all.!! Takes them ages to respond like 1 week, Then after that stage they don’t respond again, This is so you keep paying for the APP. My account has still not been recovered. DO NOT GET

I couldn’t get in to my email and Facebook. My granddaughter assisted me on the zoom and we talked to your support. Mona’s a dear in helping me sort it out and remove the hacker device. Years of memories were stored there and I’m happy to get it back. I’m 70 so I’m not that good with how the whole hacking thing works but I appreciate all the assistance.

Terrible so far
I have sent emails, chats and I have requested a call back from a representative regarding my new account with questions and I have not heard back. It been four days now. Also I keep getting emails saying I should refer all my friends to the app. It’s obviously an automated email because I have replied once and nothing happened. This app is a joke. I want to cancel but can’t get through.
Don’t buy it. It will not work and it will actually make the problem worse. They very slow to respond. And they will have you do the same thing again and again that will cause you to be locked out of the help center with Meta.
I would suggest not using it. I am out 70 bucks.
