BUSINESS HOURS?!! NOT RECEIVING HELP
What are your business hours cuz the expert team is not here to support me to my convenience. I downloaded and pay for this app in hopes of recover my instagram account that has been hack for so long just to not receive any help. I am not online 24/7 so whenever I go in the app they’re not there to help me!!! Either they are “away” “will be back in a few hours” “will be back tomorrow” like I don’t have the patience to wait that long just for it to say this message again. With all due respect I understand the reason behind this capricious schedule but it makes me frustrated that I don’t know when I CAN receive support or cannot. Like I really need my instagram account back for business reasons but I am not receiving help at all! If the message says “we will be back on Monday” how do you expect us to know the TIME and be there! I am busy and have work so I need to KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE AVAILABLE SO I COULD GET SUPPORT SOONER!!! PLEASE this is my last RESORT and I Have hope to recover my instagram account! IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL IF I KNOW THE HOURS and times when experts are going to be online/offline. You can’t just flake on your customers like that and expect them to know the time specifics to your convenience if you DONT TELL US!!! SO PLEASE INFORM ME WHAT TIMES IS SUPPORT AVAILABLE!!! Be SPECIFIC!!!!!

Facebook issue!
I have to say this was the best purchase I ever made. James and everyone else at Cyrus were above and beyond what I thought! I lost access to Facebook from a hacker and they were able to retrieve it back within 30 minutes! Highly recommend them!
Honestly useless
I downloaded this app and paid the $10 because my IG was hacked. I messaged them immediately and it said I would receive a response within a few hours. Well, over 24 hours later I finally got a response telling me to just try and contact IG which I already did. Surprisingly, IG was able to resolve my entire issue in about 10 hours so I had my account back just fine by the time Cyrus finally messaged back. If you need this app to help you with a hacked account, don’t bother.

SCAMMERS!!! Fraud!!!
So many red flags. Employees use face emojis. They are always in a meeting. Never address your issue. Blocked their emails when I called them out. 🚩🚩🚩🚩 Stong me along for several days and FINAL RED FLAG was when they asked to do a google phone meeting because the needed access to my computer screen. extremely disappointing
i paid for cyrus in hopes of getting my hacked (now deleted) instagram account back. not only did they not get my account back but they lie about what they offer. if you imagine that they are going to hack your account back for you, they don’t. they just send you instagram forms to fill out. (didn’t work for me. maybe for some.) my biggest issue is that they advertise 24/7 chat monitoring, when that isn't true at all. past 5pm the chatters are “away” and wont answer until the next day. and on top of that multiple times i was left on read and didn’t get a response until i sent another message. you can try cyrus but i wouldn’t recommend them.

No help at all!!!!
My account has been hacked for 3 weeks now i had no help with the help center on instagram everything on there is pointless. I read the reviews for this app thought i would receive some help nothing at all! I get the same information from the instagram help center on this app what’s the point ? I asked a question when it showed online I understand I’m not the only one but it has been more than a week I haven’t gotten a response. When i check again the app says “be back tomorrow” like what?!?!??!

Great APP!
Everyone at Cyrus was so helpful! My Instagram account got hacked and they walked me through the steps of getting it back. It took about 3 weeks for Instagram to respond but if you just stay persistent it works!

I purchased the free trail with high doubts it would work, but after speaking to (mainly) James he guided me through the process and always checked in on me and updates on the situation.
After 1-2 weeks we finally broke through and got into my account but James didn’t stop there he also made sure I secured my account and deleted any back doors they could use to get in
Most people don’t get their accounts back so to get in under a month was very surprising and I am grateful for Cyrus and their employees help!

I had a great response time with the individuals helping. I have no complaints on their end. They did everything they could to help me. They scheduled a call with me and walked me through a series of steps to ensure I got my Instagram back.
They were helpful and friendly and constantly checked up making sure I had gotten my account back, and would suggest I try other things and help me fill out the forms.
