Received NO help! HORRIBLE app!
Decided to DL this app due to the high reviews. Really needed help since my account got hacked. After several attempts to contact someone & being told replies take a few hours… Well, I’ve been waiting days with NO response. NOTHING. Unsubscribing! Not worth it!
Slow response on accounts being hacked!
The support team is very slow on getting back to you. And with an app you are paying $9.99 a month? you would think the support team would respond to your email for help.
There are no customer service reps or experts.
I got my instagram account hacked recently and downloaded the app, paid the subscription, and waited hours to get no response.
It makes me wonder do they even have experts on here. What’s the point if no one is going to get back to me? I want a refund but it just looks like I lost $10 bucks.

Why am I paying $10 a month?
I reached out twice on two separate occasions. Each time I got an automated response, that’s fine. But each one said they’d be back the next day. Okay great, I understand you have business hours. No problem. But to not hear back the next day is a HUGE disappointment. If I can’t even get a promised reply then how do I know my accounts are actually being protected? Definitely unsubscribing. Don’t waste your money.

I had my account hacked for over a week and this app was my last resort before leaving it behind and just starting a new app. THANK GOD! They really helped me out in a timely manner and the support team stayed late to wait for the instagram recovery email! THANK YOUU!
Dont waste your money
If i could i would screen shot where i have not been helped in 4 days. Very generic responses as well. Nothing special. Save your money, your time, and your hope.
