UI blows

Your UI to add a bank card put me in an endless loop. It’s makes no sense to “have” to reevaluate before adding a bank card. Makes the app useless to mela

Pointless app that leads you to go round on a loop

This app is completely pointless. Trying to add a payment card but instruction’s don’t work because if you say you haven’t yet travelled you go round and round in circles because when you press ‘no I haven’t travelled’ you go back to the page with ‘add a card’ and then to ‘have you travelled before’ and then back to ‘add a card’ and so on. This is not friendly for an international visitor.

Cannot be used by visitors to Netherlands

I was hopping there I’d finally a Apple Pay like solution for mobile phones for travel in Netherlands.
I tried to instal the app. Not sure what the target customer of this app is . When subscribing one page is English, the next one is Dutch. Strange. It also seems to be impossible if you are not already a Dutch debit card holder to sign up as a foreigner with a foreign debit card therefore the app is not suitable for travellers to Netherlands.
Description of function should explain that.

Poorly designed

I tried to add a credit card rather than a debit card as I am a foreigner and just visiting The Netherlands. However, the app just seems to sent me round in circles and I have been unable to add my credit card. If there is a way to do it, then it really isn’t clear. The design of the app is poor in my view.
