Can’t put first name in so can’t register
Totally wasted my time and couldn’t use app which stinks. Can’t put first name is so can’t register and place doesn’t have any paper menus so couldn’t order room svcDyl635

Save time, DONT use the App. There is a bug that doesn’t allow you to register.
The developer who created the app the register page is too far up too you can’t add your first name. The back arrow interferes. I am not going to use the app, and enjoy my vacation, but if this is a great app hopefully they fix that bug for future guest.IGuessIDontNeedTheApp

No map!
Either there is no map to tell you where everything is located or it’s so well hidden there may as well be no map. Every other part of the app is great, but I had to Google image a site map.Yorkshire Tap Addict
This app makes Lebron James temper tantrums look good
Crashes all the time. Outright didnt work even when downloading prior to arrival. The internet connectivity was random. Luckily one of us got on so we could share the password using apple’s share wifi. Lebron James is the biggest cry baby in sports Thank YouVkpatel
Azul app
The app is way to focused on the promotions that can be purchased at extra cost. Navigation is klunky. The most valuable part of the app - the daily activities at the resort - is buried down a few levels in the app; it should be on the top page. Hamburger menu nab needs a re-do.rudy rhe roomba
Problems
I have to delete and reinstall every day as the menus on the side keeps opening blankWinner every season
Don’t bother
Glitchy is an understatement. There’s no way to get back to the Home Screen from any of the submenus, and half the schedules are inaccurate anyway.Rickk5150
Poor
This app glitches and can barley be open for more than a minute. The prices on the app were not the same to the menu in the hotel. The only helpful part of the app is the room service menu that includes a brief description of the total of 10 items they offer.sad guest of azul
