9th and last time at Excellence
Forcing us to use this app has really cheapened the experience at Excellence resorts. I come here to unplug, not to sit at a nice restaurant with a PHONE in my hand. I know that some people like using their phones for everything, but some of us would rather leave the phones in the room and browse a REAL menu. Until paper menus are made available to those of us who don't want to carry our phones, I will not be returning. It's so sad that they did this.Show lessjermjerm831

Food labeled for dietary restrictions not accurate
This app includes all the menus at the resort but you cannot trust the labeling. The labeled gluten free wrap on the room service menu has a flour tortilla… a plant-based vegan appetizer from the Mexican restaurant has milk in it… it’s all really unacceptable. Anyone with food allergies should not trust anything on this app. I became very sick because of this.Show lessSandra Blackmun
