Infinite load
Whenever I try to tap on the lights on the app it just goes into infinite load. I had these lights working perfectly for a week, but then this started.
Needs more customization
Absolutely need to be able to edit the colors in the existing scene programs and even create your own. Wouldn’t be hard to do - developer please add this, as well as dimming each setting individually like you can do with the remote.
Needs more color customization
The app would be better if we could remove the default colors. You can use the “dimmer” to add colors to the programs that are on the app. If we could remove the default colors then we could make those default programs much more seasonal. I.e, just autumn colors, just Halloween colors, etc.
Timer won’t work
I love the lights, but the timer on the app doesn’t work. I set it, but the lights just stay on.

The app won’t find my lights
They are great it I have a small problem
So they were working fine with my phone yesterday but now they wont connect but over all they are fine.The only other problem is that toll they wont stop changing and turning on with my Samsung remote but honestly I couldn’t care less anymore I just unplug them.

(READ IF YOU’RE HAVING ISSUES) Love the recent updates!
When I bought the lights, I just assumed the app was “dead” and no new updates would be done, so the recent updates have been a very pleasant surprise! I like the new homepage, I think it looks cute! My favorite part of the update is that you can save your favorite color settings in the “Dimmer” section of the app!

HELP REGARDING COMMON ISSUES:
I’ve had these lights for almost a year now, there’s been some troubles here and there but nothing a little troubleshooting yourself can’t fix. I kind of know about the ins and outs of these lights now, I will try to share my knowledge with whomever’s struggling. To anyone who is reading this, just know if there is a problem with these lights, believe it or not, a solution could exist. Just tinker around a bit.
Here are some issues I ran into and what I did to fix it:
1. Make sure your remote isn’t interfering with the lights and the app, that was a confusing issue i ran into that made the lights have a “mind if it’s own.”
Make sure that if you used the remote, to always return the lights to their basic white setting, then turn them off before switching to the app.
2. Make sure your Bluetooth is on before opening the app. If it is not, completely close out of the app by swiping up on iPhone or pressing the lines button on Android/Samsung, turn on Bluetooth, then return to app
3. Many things can cause the lights to just stop or be stuck on a color, not having Bluetooth on and then turning on Bluetooth while in the app seemingly confuses the software, that’s just one reason.
Here’s some ways you can fix it: You may need to completely close out of the app, delete and reinstall the app, unplug then plug back in your lights, or a variation of the three. It’s worth it to keep trying.
Don’t give up on your lights! I know it’s frustrating and confusing and they should work because you spent money on them, but sometimes it doesn’t always work out that way with Tech. Try some of these tips and then keep trying before throwing out your lights and buying new ones. Patience is what helped me find these solutions, and patience will help you find new solutions.

My pretty lights
I just wanted to tell about my light I have in a jar. They are very pretty and work great with this app. What I did with these 2 strands of lights were so simple, I placed these inside a jar by just stuffing these lights in side and putting the lid on and tied it with some ribbon …1 strand per jar and placed them near my tv..I operate the lights using this app. The more messy they are in the jar the more interesting the light show is. I will say this I suffer from depression and anxiety these lights help me a little and every little bit is a good thing …just add music or a TV movie. I very much recommend the lights and this app.

Samsung Tv remote changes the light settings
I thought these had a mind of their own, because it seemed like their settings would change by themselves. Finally I made the connection that everytime I pressed the buttons on my Samsung TV remote, I changed the settings on these lights. So 1 turned the lights red, 2 turned the lights green, etc.

Hi, please double-click the ONOFF button then you can disable the IR remote function,of course,you can enable IR function again by double-click the ONOFF button.Best Regards
