The app isn’t working
It used to work. Not the home page gets stuck and never loads to access the options or settings. Basically it renders the fairy lights almost useless because the remote doesn’t give me access to the settings I want.lcmama_123456789

I cant group my lights together
So far I’ve loved these lights so much, but on the app I can’t group them together as they don’t show up and idk whyhuffletruffle

Temperamental
The color on the app is not always the color on the lights.

App jumbles DIY designs
This app is pretty awful. Every time I make a DIY scene, then try to edit it, it jumbles up the light colors for no reason. EX: if I have 4 rows of 5 colors, it’ll look fine until I try to edit the DIY. Once I open the DIY scene to edit it, it jumbles all the colors so nothing is where it should be. I have to re-create my DIY scenes every time. This is super frustrating.Show lessgirlnamedmoon
Infinite load
Whenever I try to tap on the lights on the app it just goes into infinite load. I had these lights working perfectly for a week, but then this started.Legacy2008
Needs more customization
Absolutely need to be able to edit the colors in the existing scene programs and even create your own. Wouldn’t be hard to do - developer please add this, as well as dimming each setting individually like you can do with the remote.boellst
Needs more color customization
The app would be better if we could remove the default colors. You can use the “dimmer” to add colors to the programs that are on the app. If we could remove the default colors then we could make those default programs much more seasonal. I.e, just autumn colors, just Halloween colors, etc.dcota 619
Timer won’t work
I love the lights, but the timer on the app doesn’t work. I set it, but the lights just stay on.Clint3011
