App isn’t bad but lacks features
The app itself is pretty good for me. I haven’t had any connectivity issues and all the features seems to work well. However I wish they had a few more features that my other set of lights app has. First one would be an option to change to “bright white and warm white” for the white colors in the DIY menus. The second feature or update I wish this had was more modes/options for the waterfall effect. Right now it’s only up, down, left and right and when it’s in waterfall mode so half the tree is unlit so it would be cool if it could just do a continuous waterfall.Show lessChrisB171
Dimmer needs more customization
I would give it 5 stars if you could customize every color in the dimmer rather than being stuck with adding to the default colors. FIX THIS PLEASE!Captain Bainard
Terrible so many app issues
Terrible lights. They can never connect on my app. When I try to use the customization setting the app immediately crashes. Whoever made the app can barely spell there’s alot of grammatical errors in the app.zenvidv

This app is great you can do everything u need to do and I haven’t had a problem since so well done while creating this app and I hope you make more things like this but the only disclaimer is that you can’t make your own design for this that would make lots more people get this and I will say it again, WELL DONE!Show lessbsbddhjdvdhdbdbs
Inconsistent not built to last
The app worked great!!!! FOR ABOUT A WEEK!!!! After that it wouldn’t connect to my lights consistently. I have rebooted my phone several times, deleted and re downloaded the app several times, and unplugged and plugged the lights back in and there is no rhyme or reason on when it decides to work. Very frustrating during Christmas for my family.Show lesssanta isnt happy
Set LEDs option removed?
The “set LED’s” option was removed in the app, so now there is not an ability to string lights end to end and have them work, only using the pigtail option can you have two strings active on one power source. This significantly impacts viability of the product. As most users will want to string more than one strand together. Please re-add this option to adjust the maximum LEDs of the connection.Show lessTimontheroad
BEAUTIFUL BUT WORRIED
So I just received my lights, bought 2. Plugged them in and WHOA! THEY ARE GORGEOUS! But after reading the reviews about the app I am worried about using the app with the lights and considering just using the remote that came with it. I think I will give it a go. Stopped working after a week
App stopped working after a week and only the remote works now. I can’t figure out how to get help with that. The lights are way too bright and overstimulating and there’s barely any options for colour or pattern choice.twistyvic
Deleted all of my DIY setups, NO MUSIC MODE
I was disappointed there weren’t more animated light show options but figured the ones I really wanted I could program in myself.
All swell until I close the app, reopen, and find all of my animations missing…
I add them in again. Start testing them and am going back and forth between two different scenes when I notice they have changed my design completely… dots were added where I didn’t place them and colors were changed. I’m not sure the full functionality presented in the app is actually supported by the lights.
Oh and forget music mode… the controller doesn’t pickup barely any sound and it doesn’t connect to the music on your phone like you might hope. Extremely frustrating despite how beautiful the lights are , I hope there are planned updates to the app.Show lessMomsvalentine
