It’s nearly impossible to actually connect the lights to the app. Anytime I need to update it, it takes at least 45 minutes to connect and save . Pretty lights, but the programming is very limited.WhisSB
Lots of pattern options
Update-I tried to update the lights using the other hello fairy app -and now my lights won’t even power on! Not with my phone not with remote not manually not plugging them in or out turning off or on Bluetooth nothing is working
These are my favorite leds I’ve purchased so far. I’ve had them over a year and attached them to some paneling board and made a huge lightning cloud in my loft apartment. There’s tons of patterns to chose from in the appShow lessdjsparx13

The app won’t even load or open. Don’t buy these lights there’s better options out thereKyra guada
What happened??
This app worked great for about a month, and then suddenly one day it stopped working and I haven’t been able to get it to work since. I have no way to chose colors for the lights anymore and am stuck with the pre-programmed stuff. I don’t understand what the deal is with the app— very disappointing.Show lessKlantyre

DIY SET MY OWN “NOT”
My understanding was you can choose the colors that you want
The help shows a DIY 1 and DIY 2 and a pencil mode in the top right corner
I have none of this
The only thing I have is the dimmer mode
Which makes no sense
I can go in there a choose different colors
The only thing that can be done is a single color will turn on that’s it
Nothing that I read when ordering these lights that can be accomplished
I thought for 4th of July I could have the light strands
Red White and Blue
No way to do this

Why help please
First of all, I got these lights for Christmas. I have been working them every time I tried to change the color to our one light turns off, for either has the same color, and I'm trying to change it back, but it doesn't work I don't hate it ♡I love but not working

Where are the other features?
There is a button on the app that presumably would lead to more custom lighting settings however, when you click it it just says coming soon. It would be great if there were options there to slow down the lighting scenes, make a still, multi-color option, or other chases. The other lights I bought from the same company have more features available on the remote than these do on the app. A bit disappointing.Show lessHumble Fam
