Best app to boost productivity
I've been using "Form for Google Forms" for a while now, and I must say it is the best productivity app out there. The user interface is intuitive and seamless, making it incredibly easy to create, manage, and analyze forms. The integration with Google Forms is flawless, saving me a lot of time and effort. Horrible
Absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. I was supposed to get a free trial thing for the premium but it won’t let me cancel it before it takes money out of my account. I don’t want it anymore I just wanted to see what it was all about. Now it’s going to take money out of my account because it won’t let me cancel it.

Not happy with update
I’m extremely unhappy with the change of subscriptions.
I was happy to be paying monthly, but it’s been changed and the month option is no longer available. It’s now just lifetime, yearly and weekly which are all ridiculous prices.

The old monthly price was fair and reasonable.

Now my “small business” is harder to manage.

Offensive forms
Recieved offensive forms with some vugarities on them. I don't know where they came from. They showed up as some imported forms and they won't allow me to delete them.

Great but a few issues
This app was great as I could connect forms between my computer and phone but once I signed in with a different account, it would not let me sign in with any others, until I deleted and installed the app. Now all of my forms are gone on the old account. I run a small one man business and rely on Forms for orders, I now can no longer see or use the form used for orders, making it to where if anybody orders using that form I have no knowledge of it.
