Please Refund Me.
I have just been charged for a subscription for this app. I downloaded this app for a one time use to try it out and see if it fixed a problem I had encountered previously, it did not. As such I did not place my credit details nor agree to a subscription for this app, and Im finding it frustrating as I have not been informed of any charges until I checked my account nor is your platform assistive in communicating or liasing between consumer and company. I have no use for this app and however you placed me in a subscription was coercive and not upfront as I never once meant to sign up. As such I am unaware as to how I should go about asking for a refund which I do rightfully deserve considering I have used this app once and never intend on touching it again.

I mean… it’s pretty good…
So I’ve use this for like a day and it’s actually pretty well done. But here’s the issue… I needed to refresh my responses multiple times and WHAT DO YA KNOW?! YOU HAVE TO PAY TO REFRESH 2 TIMES OR WAIT 30 WHOLE MINUTES! ITS INSANITY! AND ALSO, I HAVE TO PAY TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS VIA BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! I know you guys need money but the amount of times I’ve encountered this it made me want to delete the app. Please let me turn on notifications and refresh without money… pls.

Not user friendly
Problem 1) when you check responses on the app, you can’t view who’s responded last. One has to scroll through entire list to see latest responses. To check individual responses also, one has to forward each response until they can see the last one. This is awful and such a waste of my time.

Overall amazing!!
Incredible app, helps me all the time. The only thing is, is that a lot of the features you have to pay for. But those are extra features that you don’t really need.

Bogus subscription
Okay soooo, I have the app on my iPad + my phone — I subscribed on my iPad the monthly BUT I cannot have it on my phone even though I have shared purchases/subscriptions ? I would have to pay double ? That does NOT make sense especially if it is the same account .

I love using the Forms so far BUT this ridiculousness of having to pay the subscriptions is not it 💯 so until someone fixes/corrects this, I will leave it as a 1 star
