Cant View Responses
I’ve installed and uninstalled this app several times. I can see my form but whenever I try to view the responses, I receive an error message that says something along the lines of an error with “getresponse” and it won’t show me the responses. Beyond frustrating.

inability to change the theme and logo
I would give this a five star review except there not a way to change the logo or theme when using a phone or tablet resulting in a basic purple form instead of a professional looking product.

Ok app but not the real one
Downloaded thinking it was the official google app - ITS NOT. UI is outdated but works well enough. Can only refresh every 30 mins unless you pay or watch an ad. There’s another forms app that doesn’t have the 30 min wait with a better UI.

Great App Support
I was having an issue getting my push notifications. However, the app/customer support was phenomenal. They were quickly responsive and went through testing my form with me to get it functioning right away. Thank you! I always appreciate top notch customer service.

Highly suspicious
Banner ads and handling of personal information should not take place in the same app. This app wasn’t made to help people, but it handles your personal information related to your google account and any other permissions you might allow it to have. Use at your own risk.

Stuck trying to create a custom form
I download the app bought the weekly subscription. I tried to create a custom form, and it just kept circling and spinning and doing nothing. I’ve use this app in the past. I am on iOS 14.8. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. However really bummed that it wouldn’t work. It would however allow me to use templates. But that’s not why I need it.

Great App
Honestly, it does the job. People can fill it out with ease. The fact that I get analytics adds extra help to my business, which helps me understand clients.
