Not sure what this person is talking about, but this is definitely not how our app works. Payments are confirmed by a customer multiple times, and payment is ONLY only transacted AFTER a repair is completed. Not sure where the whole Apple Pay comment comes from. Customers are always welcome to call our support line at 888-501-2201 with any questions. Our support team is available Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm (Central Time).

Ignore bad reviews
You don’t have to put in a payment method or credit card until you accept the repair estimate. Then they place a hold on your card. If you cancel or the work isn’t completed the hold is removed. Once you accept the estimate you wait for the mechanic(s) to get in touch with you. It’s not an instant process but the savings were substantial for me and worth it. Still faster, easier, and less expensive than dropping my car off at the mechanic for the day and arranging transportation to/from home or work.

This was definitely an unfortunate experience. Thank you for expressing this concern. We've amended policies to discourage mechanics from setting their radius beyond what they are willing to drive for even a smaller job like a battery jump. We hope you give us try again sometime.
