Terrible company
Terrible app and company. full of bugs. Customer support is terrible. Always trough you under the bus in front of customer. If customer doesn’t pay they can’t do anything. Prices for repair are insane. Tech is buying the parts and meanwhile they will charge 3% from tech for parts and tips clearance fee. They upsell customer with fees. Each part is always $30+ the price that you put. At the end they charge security fee around $15. I like when they hide someone’s previous service call and repair like new service call. Many times I came and customer was angry yelling at me and was asking where is my part and why you came without part. After long talk with customer support and customer they will cancel that call and give you $15 dispatch fee after 1 hour drive to customer. If you have recall but it’s not your fault and unit is working, customer just wanna ask something than it will go to your statistic and brings impact to your accountShow lessFantastic App
