The app needs a lot of fixes. Support is very slow. Probably the slowest I’ve ever dealt with. Still trying to get an issue solved that’s been going on for 3 weeks. Half the customers I deal with from the app don’t care for it after their second or third service.
For some, it may be ideal for your area. I’ve had more headache than it seems to be worth.Show lessDeveloper Response

I’m on an iPhone 13 full updated . The new update for the app has a bug with my phone . I click complete when finishing a job . The complete button responds to my touch but does not launch anything . Pretty annoying .Developer Response

Very low pay as I spoke to a couple customers and they basically pay double for what you’re getting paid for example, if you get paid 45 the client is paying 80 to 95 so this app takes half of what you could be getting paid on your own. Also, you don’t really have an idea of how big the yard is until you actually get there. It’s an estimate in the app. Also, I had something break at a customers house and a customer does not pay for it nor does the app even if there’s something hitting in the grass and you can’t see it. much better to do everything on your own so you can do direct consumer.Show lessDeveloper Response
