I'm a huge fan of CC's Coffee House, especially their rich and flavorful mochasippi!Nothing compares at all. However, the updated app still needs improvement. While it's better, it's not as user-friendly as the Starbucks' app, and the reward system could be more rewarding. I'd love to see CC's expand their menu with fresher options like egg bites, fruit cups, and chicken salad boxes - it would definitely draw in more customers not that I think they’re doing bad but I just think it would help and give an advantage. Over all the app is still convenient. I was able to place an order today and once I got there everything was fresh and tasted incredible.Show lessCaraBrooke
New Interface-Much Better
Love the new look of the app…much more user friendly!!! Will see if it works as well as the employees, if so they have a hit on their hands!!! I would like to change my picture on my profile but that’s my only suggestion right now…Sunshine81198

CANT LOGIN
I’ve been going to CC’s and having a rewards card for years now. I’ve made two separate accounts with different emails and it claims I don’t have any account under those emails. It is super frustrating.PicMik
Can’t login ever
I love CCs and would like the ease of using the app, but I can never login to my account. I always get an “invalid token” notice. I reset my password and it still happens. It works for checking out as a guest though.Nolagirl 88

Super helpful and easy but an update would be great.
I really like the espresso 22 with brown sugar, cinnamon syrup, and sweet cream instead of half-and-half, but I can’t get that on the app. I can add the king cake flavor but I don’t really like caramel in it. There’s also no option for adding sweet cream to the espresso 22, which there definitely should be. It makes it so much better imoShow lessCbenandi222
Can never log in
Constantly gives internal error message or unknown error when trying to log in or reset password.
May work once out 10 times. Very frustrating as I like to order ahead and pick up.JB1984JB
