love cc’s but much needed upgrade
my order is annoyingly specific (iced coffee + two shots + oat milk) which is not something i can curate via app. this option would help a TON bc i work in the quarter around the block from a cc’s and would love to be able to put the order in ahead of time and pick it up without worrying about running the clock. if the cc’s gods see this, please update this app to add this feature! 🙏☕️✨Show lessResmarted
Not user friendly
Have attempted to order via app several times and find it to be overly complicated & not user friendly. Deleting app but will continue to order via drive through because their coffee is 5 star!225 Birdie

Compared to the Starbucks App CC’s is slower to send the order & for the Baristas to have it ready….. only reason put 3 stars….Kjnnurpl
App Changes, No Points
Prior to the update of the app, I was able to add caramel flavor to my Espresso no. 22 and order through the app to earn points. Now that option is not available, and I have to order at the window each morning, but I don’t earn points. Is there a way to earn points when ordering at the store? Easy to order!
I love this app…it’s simple to order but the only problem is that you can’t link your prepaid gift card. They need to fix this so that you can simply add funds and check out through the app.pinknationappisthebest

I can’t even access my account information without getting a service error. According to other reviews, it doesn’t seem like anything has been updated or fixed. I was hoping to be able to upload my gift cards and be able to keep them in one place to use.MRichars

Can’t load cards
App looks great but it will not allow you to add gift cards to your account. Also multiple gift cards I received show inactive. I think it’s more an issue with their system than a scam but makes it difficult to use their app and gift cards.kicking35
