Should be good but won’t let me log in
This app looks good- shouldn’t have problems except it will not let me log in… keeps saying the passwords don’t match or exist but , they in fact, match and exist :-)

Poorly developed app
CC’s should have tested their app prior to launch. Poor ux/ui decisions throughout the app. As many have mentioned, you can’t log in to an existing account. And, the drink customization options are limited.
Needs Lake Charles location added.
Love the idea of having an app to keep track of my rewards. I’m just sad the Lake Charles, Louisiana location on Country Club Road isn’t available for online app orders and I can’t select it as my location like the other locations. If it becomes available I’ll definitely bump my rating up to 5 star. Love their coffee!

Can’t even make an account
I can’t even make an account. It keeps telling me I already have account with my email in use, when I go to sign into that email and press forgot password it tells me…error has occurred. So there’s nothing I can do to make an account or sign into my current account which makes the app useless to me
