Don’t waste your time!
Ordered and waited… watched other people come in and order, get their coffees and leave while I waited, and waited…
After my pickup time had come and gone while I continued to wait, I asked and the barista had only seen one of the two drinks ordered so he made the second. He said ‘we don’t see the mobile orders in a timely manner, best to come in and order’.

Can’t login, can’t create a new account.
I have had a rewards account for years with CCs. The app won’t let me log in at all. So I figured I’d make a new account with a separate email but it says that email is already in use.
What’s the point of an app that doesn’t work?Hbeees

Problems
Would not let me set up a new account/said I had an existing one. Would not let me access my existing account. “Forgot password” link generates “Oops” message.pshdbdvf

Can not log in to my account :( I use a rewards account with my phone # each time I visit but the app won’t let me login.Ddam012

Happy to finally have a CC’s app! I know a few people have mentioned not being able to sign in. I wasn’t able to either, until I logged in to my account elsewhere & allowed the system to migrate my username to my email. Once I allowed that to happen, I was able to use my email & password to log in to the app. Hope that helps fix the issue for any one else!Show lesscsmittayyyy
