I like it
I think this version works better than the previous version. There is a learning curve involved (just like previous versions), but overall I think the UI is much more intuitive. Couple of wishlist things: 1. There should be a “default” button for each individual item in the Examination section rather than only being able to “merge” all available defaults. 2. When view past encounters for a patient, you should be able to swipe right or left to scroll between the different encounters; currently, you can view the past encounter, then you have to close it and reopen the list to choose another one.

The worst EMR for now
The prior version took advantage of the streamlined fast interface of apple IOS that allowed me to see twice as many patients as I can see now, unless want to do all my charting at end of the day which I have never done.
THIS VERSION 4 is really a desktop version running on apple iPad that makes it run slow.
Just the number of clicks and then loading time after each click is a proof of how ignorant it was for programmers and coders to destroy the prior version.
I don’t know the real reason but I suspect now ECW does not have to try to keep up with two different software upgrades.
This is greed without concern for anyone else.
Now when we complain they try to sell the new product Sunno which records conversion and creates record but does not function well and adds $1.50 cost to a visit.

Garbage
Open the main page and look for labs. Do you won’t see them. Try to use the tutorials. It will say no tutorial selected. Absolutely terrible. Prior version was functional. This is dangerous garbage. Compromises patient safety. DO NOT USE!
