Disappointing

My sons basketball association uses this app so I have to use it for schedule/scores/stats/standings. It’s very clunky and not user friendly. For relatively simple information it could be streamlined so much. For me the worst thing is the default setting is hiding the players names in the stats section (yet shows it in the action log) so you have to jump through hoops to change, most parents don’t, and even though I have done it my sons name STILL doesn’t show next to his stats. With so many bad ratings I thought there would be an update with improvements by now.

Terrible functionality

Clunky, difficult to navigate to compare stats; have to know team names to look up different division draws, then it freezes and we can’t check scores in game or hours afterwards. Tonight’s game still stuck on period 2 scores. Was a great concept to see live scores but not when it doesn’t work!
Also, there is no way to remove old info from the news and updates home page of the app - I still have news there from a year ago and game alerts from last season for byes and one game we didn’t end up playing. So frustrating to have to weed through all the old stuff to find alerts for the next game!

Hi There, We have been working on livescores in low connectivity environments and recently released an update. As for the old information, if you contact your organisation they can 'End' these matches. Alternatively if you email us at info@worldsportaction.com we can reach out to your organisation. Rubbish

Functionality is very poor at best in comparison to the app it has replaced by our state sporting management board.

Can’t edit team names to suit children that play in them, then draw is showing for team per round opposed to the one team you’re interested in. Navigation is complicated and I’m not sure why we are being made to use this app when the previous one was absolutely phenomenal, they really should have just copied it somehow as it was great to use-

Terrible

Terrible interface, so difficult to find and add a team the first time you use it. And then it doesn’t remember the team(s) you selected when you next open it, making the experience so frustrating when you just want to quickly check a game time. Maybe it’s different if you sign up for an account, but frankly the functionality is offered without needing to sign up, so it should work. Wish my local comp was still using GameDay
