Good Idea but waste of money
The math experts here actually do help and solve questions and the response time is pretty good. 9/10 times they’ll get the correct answer but they do mess up sometimes. Do no pay for the priority queue it’s a waste of money and your questions aren’t answered any quicker. So you pay for the app to use which isn’t that bad it’s $20 a month essentially but then they make you pay for coins which one coin= one solution. That’s such a lie! You ask a math problem and you’re being charged two-five coins if there’s more than one step to it. You throw your money away and the packs they sell they advertise as “this amount of coins answers these many solutions”. Good idea for an app but you’re overspending here for sure for the return. This app is a total and complete scam. First off the app is 9.99 a week. Not only that but you get three coins per day so that means I’m paying 9.99 per week to only get three questions per day. If you want to have a more questions answered, you have to pay two dollars for each coin. Also, if you have a question for them that has more than one part each part for one question is considered a different question so that means for one question I would need for different coins to get an answer which is absolutely ridiculous. the price is ridiculous. And honestly half the time the answers are wrong so the expert will get a question wrong then you have to let them know that it’s wrong then you’re being charged for another coin when The expert is the one that got the wrong answer. I will never use this app again I am disgusted with this app and this is a total and complete scam to get your money. do not use this app. There are several apps that are free of charge that will give you math answers. It took over an hour to have two questions answered and the even took an extra token to do it. They said any problem that has more than one step needs multiple tokens. Then I was forced to pay for premium just to get the question answered since it was more than 30 min to even have someone look at it. I had to resubmit the question for faster premium service and the same person took the new task and double billed me. I see that it automatically assigns him a 5 star rating and I can’t even talk to a supervisor about it. Can your kids wait an hour per question for their homework? I suggest anywhere but here. Hello! Each task and each question in it is solved by an expert personally for you. The average time to solve a typical task is 4 minutes. Of course, if you submit a complex problem, it may take longer. Also, please note that if your task has many questions, each of them is solved separately.Waste of money. Given the wrong answer twice.
I was given an incorrect answer, after having to opt for a free trial/subscription. It’s not a free trial by the way. I’m stuck for a month and I’m sure I’ll have to pay for it. The answer I received was wrong. When I disputed and sent pics to show it was wrong. The rep doubled down and assured me it was correct. They are rude and slightly condescending. After telling me the problem was correct and they could show me, they closed the task leaving me unable to get an explanation. I have sent an email through support with no response other than a generic “we have received your request”. Don’t waste your time or money on this app. I have canceled my subscription after less than an hour. I will update on if I have been charged and for how much. We shall see.Show lessMommyBurrows214

They charge you way too much money to solve 1 question already and then if your question has more than one part it charges you for each part no matter how simple. Also, when the “experts” get a question wrong & you tell them all they do is respond with that they affirm the question is correct & then shut it off so you can’t message them. It’s a scam. You do have to do a free trial but I may keep on paying for it as it teaches me how to do the problems I struggle with and it will help me with my tests, I use this to help me with questions I struggle on with sparx maths (the teacher sets topics that we will be doing soon or ones we are doing now) so this will be very helpful for learning tricky questions. I am very happy with my experience as I popped in a request and got my answer within 1-2 minutes so thank you for making a brilliant app!!Show lessCX11-

I’m using it for the second time. The first day went fine, realized i only get three free tasks a day. I just logged on, and marked a answer incorrect saw it said it’ll give me the correct answer for free. Well I got the message “Are the answers you got incorrect?” and then it was marked as solved. I didn’t mark it as solved. And it says “create a new task” which just takes another coin. Thought it was a good app, realized it’s a money trapping one. Using your money to get your child an actual tutor will be way more handy in the future and affective long term learning wise.Show lesstrippywya

I am appauled. Jewel who apparently is "always happy to help" called me illiterate and gave me the wrong answer more than once!!!! She proceeds to be rude to me even though shes giving the wrong answers!! Get your so called "experts" fixed! Horrible customer service.discoball718128181
